can u expalin about psg Coimbatore sandwich course?.. is it usefull..? how much I will be paid after the course?.. can I add this in my choice filling.. will this course help me in govt jobs?

aswathypadinjakkara 11th Oct, 2021

Hey

The course has a vision to combine both the theoretical and hands on training along with the industrial exposure, so as to bridge this gap between learning and practically applying the concepts.PSG College of Technology offers Sandwich programs in 3 disciplines namely Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering. The training session acts as a platform to know how the concepts that are being learnt in theory classes are being applied in these engineering disciplines. As this is an additional subject in each semester, the whole course turns out to be a 5 year course. The exciting added feature in the sandwich program is the internship. During the internship, we will have to choose a company of our choice based on our field of interest and do projects provided by the company. And the college has collaborations with the companies. The program helps the students to shape their career and achieve the goals.

Can i do engineering and eligible for higher paid jobs after completing bsc chemistry ?

pri111nah 18th Nov, 2021

Hi,

Yes, you can.
After B. Sc chemistry, you have to do B.Tech in chemical engineering, but I will suggest you to opt for M.Sc chemistry and then going for M.Tech in chemical engineering because you can't go for M.Tech after a B.Sc degree.

After doing Bsc in chemistry it is best to to go for chemical engineering in b.tech. As chemical engineering branch is most similar to Bsc. Chemistry than that of other branches in engineering.

To know more about what to do after Bsc. Chemistry you can refer to the link below -

Hope this helps.
