Dear,
Firstly, being a fresher you shouldn't expect high amount of salary as it will entirely disappoint you. However the initial salary in BPO'S are in between 15–22k per month. In addition the salary can raise upto 25k if you have high communication skills. Secondly, working in BPO/ CALL CENTER is slightly Hard as the background belong to customer service where you have to deal with numerous different customers on daily basis, that makes you feel tedious and you have to co-operate.
Don't refrain yourself on the basis of salary, even if you get low salary just try it for couple of weeks, it will be worth.
Hope this helps!

If we compare these two course, they are comes under different departments.
Career option after BPharma :-
Career Scope & Job Opportunities in Pharmacy field are huge. Due to the opening of large pharmaceutical companies, the future in the field of pharmacy is bright. Numerous jobs are available for pharmacists in government as well as private organizations. After completing your studies, you can easily find jobs in pharmaceutical industries, government departments, colleges and universities, hospitals, investigation and research institute etc.

So these are some scopes,
Career option after CS Engineering :-
Job opportunities are available for Graduates in Government as well as Private sector. Graduates may take up the following job posts-
Other than this you can do Masters in this courses and choose for teaching jobs and working as a professor in the Universities and colleges. You can also do your doctorate in this field and later get involved in research program.
Talking about my opinion I should prefer you to CSE because, now a days nothing is without computer science, Programming has become competitive. There is high demand and so many jobs for CSE branch. It's a wonderful course. Machine learning, artificial intelligence, data analytics are the trending areas.
But that doesn’t mean you cannot go for BPharma, its all just depends on your final decision. If you have interest and passion in anyone of these Departments opt it. Instead of looking for the scope I would suggest you to go according to your interest.
Best of luck.
