hi Ive completed my mbbs course and I want to know which is better option compared to UPSC cmse jobs and perceiving pgdhm in health care management course in goa institute of management which is good

pdwords Student Expert 30th Oct, 2021

Hello,

See basically it depends in which sector are you interested to explore your career, for example if you are interested in working in government sector especially in the context of UPSC CMSE then MBBS is enough there is no need to go for higher studies, now with PGDM in health care there are various options as in domain of healthcare IT/consulting/marketing/sales/operations/hr management/insurance/marketing/sales to name a few, financial security apart from good prestige is one of the main reason for candidates aiming for government exams, and CMSE is top preference for medical professionals, hence weight your options wisely as in which direction are you interested to pursue your career, do you see yourself in the government service for a long period of time, or rather you want to opt for corporate domain with PGDM course.

if i choose to do msc forensic from a university that has placement , what are my chances of getting a good job ? and if i dont do msc forensic, then do i have to msc in microbiology immediately after bsc microbiology? i mean after bsc microbiology i would like to try for government jobs for a while

Parin Vyas 9th Dec, 2021

Hello, You can of course apply for forensic courses with good placements. The chances are pretty good. some of the major colleges related to Forensics are 1. NFSU (Gandhinagar and Delhi campus), 2. IFS Mumbai, 3. IFS Pune and many more. The field mostly is related to collecting criminal evidence, determining cause of crime, interpreting data received from criminal spot, etc. If that is field of interest for you, you can apply for the course. Instead if you go for MSc microbiology, you can work with microbes in different companies and take up projects with research labs, or jobs in food technology labs, etc. It also has very vast scope. All the best.

what skills should I have for doing in a call centre jobs?

Ketaki Dhotre Student Expert 17th Sep, 2021

Dear,

Call centers need people with a natural ability for customer service, good listening skills, effective communication skills, an excellent memory, and an enthusiastic attitude. It's the intangibles like enthusiasm and ability to listen that often make the best employees.
To get a job in a call centre you should develop fluency in languages. Call centre and telemarketing jobs rely majorly on how well you can speak to and understand your customers. Build computer literacy. Build conversational and communication skills. Get work experience in sales. Obtain required professional certifications.

Hope this helps!

what is the eligibility for doing a call centre jobs and how can I find the job after completion of 12th?

Ketaki Dhotre Student Expert 17th Sep, 2021

Dear,

Call centre jobs usually do not require any specific educational qualifications. To be a call centre agent, the minimum required education may be a bachelor's degree or even a high school certificate. Commerce, Arts, Communication, etc. Any experience with communications or sales and marketing is an added advantage. If you are 18 years or above you can ask for job in call centres on internship basis. A very good command over spoken English language is highly essential. Freshers need to undergo intense training to make them best suited for the job.
