Ill complete my Bcom in few months but i want to become a korean translator. Should i opt for Diploma in Korean language or Should i apply for BA in Korean language

pdwords Student Expert 18th Feb, 2022

Hello,

A bachelor degree in Korean language will definitely provide you a lot more in depth knowledge in the concerned language than that of a diploma program especially if you aim to take up the job profile of being translator as your full-time job, however if you intend to become a translator then apart from Korean language you are also required to hold proficiency in the other language, hence the proficiency is big requirement in both the languages, some of the best universities to pursue Korean Language course in graduation are JNU, JMI, Central University of Jharkhand offers MA Korean Integrated etc,  if you intend to take up the role of translator on a part time or freelance basis, what you can do is do some certification courses or diploma for that matter, today you can easily access MOOCs and try to gain some experiences by doing some internships, this way you can judge your choices accordingly. explore more detailed information about Korean courses at https://dqxeclau.top/courses/korean-course
