Laptop
Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you want to know about which year does autocad is taught for civil engineering students in nit/iit so let me tell you that autocad is taught in 1st year or 2nd year depending upon the college you choose.
So, as per my view you need to keep a laptop as you are going to college. You would need the laptop for these kind of softwares.
Hello aspirant,
Mobility - firstly check on mobility mainly. Battery also important 13 or 14 inch is best.
Display- first of all make sure the display is good.
CPU- check on cpu mainly. Cache size,no.of cores, frequency and thermal design power.
Storage type and capacity.
Various like battery, keyboard, graphics.
It’s all about what OS you used to work with.
finally you can choose depending on cost and model company etc.
hope it helpful.
thankyou.
Hi Aspirant,
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you yes you can easily give exam with 1.5 gb data. Generally you need to set video quality to average or medium so that internet is not exhausted early you should certainly disconnect all the devices for better connection speed and interuption less process of examination.
Hope you found this answer useful.Stay motivated stay positive.
All the best!
Hello Karthik,
Yes, you can use MacBook Pro laptop for Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) course. But the thing is that windows laptop would be preferred over MacBook. Because you can smoothly run programs in Windows laptop with good configuration.
I would suggest you to have a laptop which has the configuration like minimum i5 processor, 8 GB ram or above, storage 1 TB and additional 256 GB storage. In mac laptops you can't find good configuration at less cost where as in case of windows laptop it is possible.
Try to use a laptop which has above mentioned configuration so that you can run programs easily. BCA students needs to execute many programs using some programming language applications which needs to be installed on laptop and requires more space.
If your MacBook has less storage capacity then chances are there that you get delayed or strucked while executing programs and more softwares you can't download if you use external hard disk also that is not much effective. With higher ram the applications can be handled smoothly. If you can manage all these things then you can with MacBook Pro.
Hope this helps you.
Thank you!!
Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you both laptops have there own value in market but as a student you must certainly purchase windows laptop as they are more helpful as compared to MAC Book. While purchasing a laptop you must keep in mind that laptop must have good configuration some configuration that i would like to suggest are I5, above 8 generation minimum 4 gb ram 1 tb HDD and atleast 256 gb SSD.
Hello,
No, they will not give laptop at admissions process. It must be purchased by your own, but if you require a concession or any sort of loan in such circumstances, they would gladly assist you.
Top choice for CSE students in 2021 is given below
3 points to remember while buying a laptop
Hope it helped
Thank you
See in the official website its clearly given that you need to have a laptop or PC as your primary device and a Android or any OS smartphone as your secondary device. So you have to collect a laptop or computer in any way. You can borrow a laptop or computer or you can visit a Computer Cafe or any rental service to use the computer for the exam.
TO see the official guideline of VITEEE visit the link below:

I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
It is mandatory to appear for VITEEE 2021 in Primary Device that is Desktop or Laptop and Secondary device that is Mobile Phone. If you do not have laptop or desktop then you have to arrange one from your friends/relatives/neighbors. The primary device specifications are as follows Device specification
The secondary device specifications are as follows
So if you arrange a desktop or laptop it should have the required specifications mentioned above.
I would say you should use the codetantra app when you are using it on android phone. You are not being able to use it on chrome since its not getting the permissions for remotely proctored your device.
You may visit the codetantra website to learn more:

Now VITEEE isn't tough but you need to have a moderate preparation in order to secure a good rank. You should strengthen you subjects and don't mix this up with the JEE preparation as it is much much easier than the JEE.
I hope the answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned the name of examination for which you are going to appear so it is quite difficult to guide you with an appropriate information. However if you are appearing for VITEEE 2021 Mock test then yes you should have two devices, first one is Laptop/Desktop/PC as primary device and second is your smartphone as you secondary device. As per the guidelines released by the authorities regarding VITEEE 2021 Remote proctored examination you should have both devices compulsorily for mock test as well. So if you don't have Laptop then you can use desktop attached with web cam and if you neither have desktop nor laptop then you have to borrow it from someone. You can check out the guidelines from the link given below :-
https://vit.ac.in/sites/default/files/viteee-guidelines-online.pdf
Now if this is for SRMJEEE 2021 remote proctored examination then there is no any compulsion for two devices for appearing in SRMJEEE 2021 mock test or in actual exam. So even if you don't have your laptop then you can appear for it using your smartphone only but make sure the front camera of your smartphone should be working and internet connectivity should be good. You can check out complete guidelines for SRMJEEE 2021 from the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
