I would recommend you look for an internship while pursuing your bachelor's degree in the future. Taking an internship position furnishes you with work experience while you are studying. An internship may even bring you to a full-time role after you have finished your studies and it is an incredible way to make your CV. Having an internship documented on your CV will influence your potential employers and will indicate that you have more skills than just college experience. A strong CV can bring about or crush a job application, which is why an internship is such a favourable option.

If you learn Korean language seriously in India or in South Korea then you should have to learn the language in a regular form which not to be limited in the alphabetic books learning. Yes you can definitely make your career further as Python developer but as you are now 30 years old so you are going to face some difficulties in getting job in corporate sector because MNCs and other private are now actively looking for young techy minds but if you can have a good knowledge of Python cores and if you can prepare yourself for roles of senior developer in Python then you can definitely have a decent job but you will have to learn from basic to very advanced in Python if you want to be a senior Python developer.

Also if you are interested in the job roles of Python development then before applying to any job make sure that you must do a lot of projects to show your experience over there in job interviews.

As you mentioned your rank, it is very difficult to estimate the score or marks based on the rank as it varies from year to year, and difficulty of the question paper and also total number of candidates attempted for the examination.

For the rank of around 4500  , your approximate score will be around 90-95 marks.Let me tell you that as per the previous year cutoff's you have less chances of getting seat in CSE branch,but also remember that it is based upon the cutoff's .
