You have not mentioned in which examination did you get in rank .If your jee mains rank is this then you can try for the nits and continue counselling till the end and you might end up getting a seat.Other state colleges are also there where you can easily get admitted and start studying your desired stream

Yes you will be eligible to do MBBS under PwD quota as you have Specific Learning Disability of more than 40% but less than 80%. But there is a condition that selection will be based on the learning competency evaluated with the help of the remediation/assisted technology/aids/infrastructural changes by the Expert Panel.
Also note that admission to MBBS will only be made through NEET UG so you have to appear for NEET UG.
