which exam for physiotherapy government college lecturer?????

Shakti Swarupa Bhanja 24th Nov, 2020

Hello!

There is no particular entrance test for applying to the posts for physiotherapy lecturer in govt and private institutions. You can apply for these posts when the institutions release notification for vacancy of faculty posts. You may have to qualify an interview, but there is no mention of entrance examinations. But you have to possess at least a masters of physiotherapy(MPT) degree in order to become a lecturer or professor.

For admission into MPT, there are several entrance exams like IPU CET, LPU NEST, NILD and SVNIRTAR CET,etc.

Refer the article below:

Hope you are clear!

What are the degrees or courses we need to be a lecturer? What is better after B.Sc Zoology & BA English?Does it have any scope?Which have more job opportunities?

Prashant Chaudhary 25th Sep, 2020

Hi,

For a career as a lecturer, you need to complete Ph.D. in your subject. B.Sc. zoology and English are two completely different fields. You should choose the field of your interest. Career prospects and job opportunities in both of these fields are similar but field of work is completely different. You can make your decision on basis of the field you want to go in.

Thank you.

I am doing Ma education and will do net in education... but i have not done b ed,. will i get a lecturer job in college?

pdwords Student Expert 25th Aug, 2020
Hello,

In order to work as a lecturer or assistant professor you only need to completed Master's Degree in the relevant field with 55% in case you belong to reserved category there's relaxation of 5%, and qualify the NET exam.

BEd is required only in teaching at school level, not in University level. For instance, if you do BEd, you can qualify CTET or state level TETs for further recruitment of teachers, and as you will be completing Masters Degree, you can also teach higher classes.
