Your BA program degree will be eligible for DU PG LLB Entrance exam if you complete your 3rd year (which mean 5th and 6th semester). So you will need to complete your full degree and you will surely be eligible for the same.
The eligibility criteria for DU PG LLB is that you should have any UG degree with minimum 50% marks so just complete your degree and you are good to go.
