Hello,
Admission in to Medicine is based on merit in NEET UG. It is a mandatory exam for admission in to MBBS, BDS and AYUSH courses. The eligibility criteria to appear for NEET UG is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. Candidates belonging to general category must score minimum 50% marks in PCB subjects, for SC/ST /OBC it is 40% and for PWD it is 45% marks in PCB. The minimum age must be 17 years as on December 31, 2021. There is no upper age limit as of now.
You will be eligible to appear for NEET UG eve if you have passed in 10+2 in private provided you must score the required percentage. Admission is solely based on merit in NEET. The marks scored in 10+2 are not given any weightage so you should aim to score the minimum percentage required to fulfill the eligibility criteria.

Dear Aspirant,
You may have some chances of getting a government Medical College in Madhya Pradesh. It is solely dependent on the Sainik Quota that you belong to. However, as you belong to the Unreserved or general category, you may have some problem in achieving the government institutes for studying medicine.
The cutoff marks for the general category students are all above 525 and mostly above 545 or 550. Therefore, it is going to be difficult for you to penetrate based on your general rank. If you want to have a greater insight about the cutoff marks for different government Medical Colleges, the you can go through this url:-

This shall give you the data as per 2019. In 2020, the data may differ little bit but not to great extent.
As far as Sainik Quota is concerned, there are only 52 Sainik Quota seats in all the government Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh combined. So, you will be facing an extremely stiff competition from your category students and therefore the chances that you have are extremely slim as per the data available. So I hope you understand the gravity of the situation that you are in right now and the delicate position of yours.
However, at this marks of yours, you can easily get admission in best private medical colleges of the state as you have cleared their cutoff marks in the general category with ease.
