Hello there!
The answer is No.
You need not to study whole syllabus of class 11th to give exam in class 12th.
This is the fact that class 11th forms the basis for class 12th, so you need to clear your concepts in class 11th itself.
Maharashtra board has reduced the syllabus for class 11 and 12th this year.
You can either check the official website or you can click the link below for more detailed information:

Stay safe.
Good luck.
The Maharashtra higher secondary result (HSC) of 2021 will be declared in the month of the July. The school education minister of Maharashtra Varsha Gaikwad has already announced in a statement that the HSC results will be announced by July 31, 2021. The board will use two websites: mahahsscboard.in and mh-ssc.ac.in to announce the results of HSC 12th class.
Till now there are no notifications from the state government about the examination. I would say that if the exams will occur then there's a probability in August,2021. So keep preparing for the exam and don't pay attention to rumors until and unless the state government of Maharastra announce anything.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
