major difference in ba and bsc psychology?

Aditya kumar singh 28th Aug, 2021
Hi,
The difference between both programmes is of stream , ba psychology is pursued by arts students and bsc psychology is pursued by science students.
Moreover ba psychology is oriented towards liberal arts with less technical and science while bsc psychology is more related to science with focus on  maths and statistics.
Ba psychology is good for students who want to go for counseling,  education  , social work , journalism   while bsc psychology  is for students who wish to enter medical profession or go for research.
Hope it helps...

Explain the term ‘biodiversity. Enumerate the major threats to biodiversity and its causes.

riteshkandpal499 26th Aug, 2021

Hello student

Hope you are doing well.

Biodiversity describes the richness and variety of life on earth. It is the most complex and important feature of our planet. Without biodiversity, life would not sustain.

The term biodiversity was coined in 1985. It is important in natural as well as artificial ecosystems. It deals with nature’s variety, the biosphere. It refers to variabilities among plants, animals and microorganism species.

Biodiversity includes the number of different organisms and their relative frequencies in an ecosystem. It also reflects the organization of organisms at different levels.

The 5 major threats posed to biodiversity are by –Climate change

Habitat change

Nutrient pollution and loading

Invasive alien species

Overexploitation

The effect of these factors on biodiversity can cause a loss of biodiversity components, having a negative impact on the ecosystem and its integrity.

Good luck

Hope it helps

For each course, Indian students will need to meet a minimum English language requirement. Along with that a minimum academic record of 65% and above for Humanities stream in class XII, and 70 - 80% and above for Science/Commerce stream in class XII will also be required. 2. At least, two academic reference letters from professors who have taught you most recently. (Number of reference letters depends from university to university)

Hello,

It's not clear from your query you're enquiring about selection in which specific exam, is it related to CTET or state Teacher Eligibility Test, generally candidates looking for government jobs or private jobs in schools are required to qualify any of these exams, such as if you want to teach in central government schools such as KVS, Navodaya Vidyalaya, Army School to name a few, in cases of government schools at state level you need to qualify state TETs as aforementioned, neverthess one of the important criteria is passing BEd, you have to pursue BEd, as without BEd you cannot get any teaching job especially if you're seeking a serious career in terms of good pay package, and prospects for future which these schools offer, and with your given aggregate you can easily appear for these exams, just seek admission in any good college, generally the eligibility criteria for BEd is passed graduation or post graduation from a recognized board securing 50% aggregate, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, admission process may be done through entrance test such as CEE conducted by NCERT for admission to RIEs with its various campuses, Delhi University, CUCET conducted for admission to central universities, BHU to name a few, other than this there are many colleges which offer admission based on academic merit,
