Hello Ayra,
There are Some Basic Differences between HRM and HRD:
They are:
1. Human Resource Management is mainly a service function responding to the demands of the organization. But HRD is proactive function.
2. In HRM, salary, wages, incentives and job simplification are considered to be the main motivation. But, HRD deals on job enrichment, job challenge, informal organization, autonomous work groups and creativity for motivating people.
3. Human Resource Management as a set of independents sub-function. And HRD is a subsystem of a larger system of the organization.
4. Human Resource Management is narrow in scope and aims at developing and administering to the people only. But in the HRD, its scope is wider and it aims at developing the total organization. The basic focus of Human Resource Management is on increasing the efficiency of people. But the focus of HRD is on building the right organizational culture.
5. Human Resource Management is main responsibility of the human resource department. But HRD is regarded as the responsibility of all managers in the organization.
Good Luck !!
HR stands for HUMAN RESOURCE and HMR stands HEALTH MANAGEMENT RESOURCE
HR department is a group who are responsible for Administering the employee benefits like they have to find, select, recruit and then train the Job applicants.
HMR is medically based health management program.

Yes, it is worth joining, IIIT's are generally valued similar to NIt's. And it's about students not the college. If you will study properly, you will surely get a good placement. Moving to IIIT Gwalior, it's a well known college and a large number of quality companies offer placements to students of this college.
Hello dear aspirant
Hope you’re doing well
As you said your aggregate percentage of 12th is 95%. Then it wont be difficult for you to get admission in above mentioned universities. Universities usually deduct 2.5% from total aggregate if a person changes their stream. So let’s say yout percentage will become around 92.5% with this you can get admission in DU in BA honours philosophy, history, sociology and other subjects under 3-4th cut off. and same is the case for panjab university and BHU. so, there’s not much need to worry
Kindly keep checking the cut offs of colleges regularly.
You can use the below attached link to predict your college for DU

Hi,
Candidates who want to pursue a major in Psychology can become psychologists, professors, clinical counsellors, sports psychologists, child psychologist, etc. but this is only possible after you complete your master's degree. Just after completing a Major, you won't become these, you need to go for higher studies to pursue better opportunities.
The placement depends on the institution you are studying in. Since you haven't mentioned any name of the college, exact information cannot be given but generally, placements can be offered by different hospitals. educational institutes, clinics, corporate offices, etc.
The average salary offered to students who pursue Major in Psychology is around INR 2.5 L to 4 LPA but it depends from organization to organization. You can get high packages if you pursue higher degrees.
Hope this helps.
Candidates willing to take admission in BA course should have a minimum average of 50% marks in 12th board exam from a recognized institute. I hope you easily have more than 50% aggregate in your 12th board exam as your marks in English & Biology is great. Also, candidates can complete 12th board with any stream.
You can go for BA Honours in Psychology, there won't be any problem. You can also sit for various entrance exams for pursuing BA course in top universities like BHU UET for Banaras Hindu University, DUET for Delhi University, JNUEE for Jawaharlal Nehru University & so on.
Since you have such a good score in English, you can pursue BA course in English. You can pursue BA in Political Science, History, Sociology, Philosophy, & many more.
If you pursue BA in Psychology, there will be many options in the future. You can pursue Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Social Psychology, Health Psychology for further studies.
