it is very similar difference between computer communication and computer science branches where in computer science engineering mainly focus on the intration between hardware and software with the ultimate goal of developing software whereas the computer and communications enigeering also focuses on the intration betwen hardware and soft ware,includes classes fromm both computer and electrical.

According to the placement 100% placements from CSE,86%from computer stream. THE highest ,the lowesr are 15-18 lacs,6-8 lacs, and 3-4 lacs respectively.Companies with toppackages are Gold man Sachs,VMware,MIcrosoft.Mass recryiters are ACCENTURE and infosys.

Coming  to computer communication  it is also good placements almost 95% now computer communication is mainly focusing on mobile communication and computing.The program includes the latest tools and technologies

Based on previous year All India Cut off rank you may get seat in Biotechnology in Manipal campus. The cut off was 32370. This is the only branch that you might get seat and it is difficult to get seat in any other branch. It is better to keep as many preferences as you want based on your interest but ensure that you are only choosing the branches in which you are interested because cut off may increase or decrease depending on total number of seats available, difficulty of exam and other related factors.
