As per MU-OET 2015 statistics, to be eligible for CSE branch after the third round of counselling, your score should be atleast about 135.

Though there’s a significant variation in the cutoffs with subsequent years, a score of about 150+ would make you stand in a comfortable position for the CSE program in MIT, Manipal (main campus).

You will probably get into Manipal Institute of Technology CSE Branch(As that is the topic of the question) if you have rank between 100 - 500 and might even get beyong 500 ranks since many students opt to leave Manipal since they either get seats in IIT or NIT. Some leave Manipal because of the high fees.
