Truly speaking manipal university does not consider the jee mains marks at all. This marks is invaluable to them. The only way is to get a good marks in the entrance examination conducted by them. They may give a fee waiver if you get the cut off in jee mains but the admission will not be done on mains

Placements : Placements have been very good so far, considering the fact that the university was established just 7 years ago. Recently 12 students got placed in Microsoft with a salary package of 12.5 LPA. A number of students got placed in Dell with a salary package of 8.5 LPA. Companies like Secure Meter, Amazon, TCS, Capgemini, HP, and Flipkart, also visit the campus for conducting placement drives annually.

Infrastructure : It is one of the most beautiful campuses in India. All the latest facilities, i.e., labs, playground, etc., are too good. There is no compromise in quality anywhere. Food served in the hostel mess definitely needs improvement. All the sports facilities like table tennis, lawn tennis, basketball, volleyball, and even rugby are available here.

Faculty : Faculty members in our college are very helpful. Classes are held on a regular basis. But some teachers can be a bit partial. The student to faculty ratio is 60:1. Majority of the faculty members are PhDs or graduates from renowned colleges. There is no compromise on teaching quality

Companies like Microsoft, Cognizant, etc., visit the campus for placements. The average salary package offered was 12-13 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Over 80% of the students who applied for internships were offered internships. There is a placement cell, and it is very useful.
