How is manipal university jaipur for ba llb? Is it worth it to take admission?

Soni sunny anantkumar Student Expert 26th Jun, 2019

Yea sir,

This queation arises before admission to everyone as i would also like to mention that if you are going to take admission in it its last date is 30june 2019

Placements: We don't have any placements now because our batch is the foundation batch of BA, LLB (Hons). It is 5 years integrated course. We will have placements starting from the next year. The college is trying its best for the students for their placements and their internship.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good, and the college was awarded for the best university campus in Rajasthan, and also for the cleanest university,it has very large campus area.

satisfactory college with hopefully good placements and great infrastructure.

But you can also look for other universities also for the admission. Please tell if you have any query

Should I go for BSc. CS in Ruia College or do engineering in some low level college. I need money anyways

Khojasteh Mirza 26th Jun, 2019

Hey,

Okay considering your situation, i would say stick to bsc. But you should lnow that bsc is more theoretical and lab practicals while btech is more about actual industrial application. Other than that yes, anywhere you go math will chase you, especially in cse, matrices and vectors might be the foundations.

And maybe you may get a job as a researcher, but honestly if your math is that bad, reconsider taking cse. Dont do it just for the money after the course, because you may not be able to finish it in the first place.

ruchika.chauhan Expert 26th Jun, 2019

Hello

The cutoff required for admission varies every year depending on various factors, therefore, ti would be difficult to tell you exactly about the marks required. 510+ would be a decent score to get a seat in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University.

Good Luck!

I have a query regarding reservation

shubhangi verma 26th Jun, 2019

Hello,

If we see the cutoff for general and sc category for Gate exam its obvious that general category cutoff is higher than SC category so in this case if you have cleared SC category cutoff then go for that then dont go for general category because it will be difficult to find seat under general category if you have not qualified the general category cutoff. So i suggest you that you should go as SC candidate only because it will help you more.

Hi, I am from Rajasthan my sister scored 407 marks in neet 2019, SC female category. Can she expect govt seat.

Sriya Bose Student Expert 15th May, 2019
Hello Prakash!

After checking last year's cut-off ranks and marks, it has been found out that SC candidates need to have a minimum of 450 marks in order to get admission into a government medical college for MBBS. So if previous year's trend continues, the chances for your sister to secure a seat in governmnet medical college is low.
Nonetheless, do keep a track on this year's cutoffs that will be released by the state authority because cut-offs depend on a number of factors like:

  • The number of applicants
  • Total number of seats
  • Number of candidates appearing in NEET 2019
  • Performance of candidates in the exam
  • Category of the candidate

Change in any one of the factors will lead to variation in cut-off from last year.

Also, following previous year's trend, your sister has got chances to get admission into government medical colleges for MBBS and BDS.

Hope this helps!

Hi I got 77 % in hsc commerce but I had applied for only 2 colleges in mu form and I didnt got admission there

Shruti Patwal 24th Jun, 2019

Dear Candidate,

The second list would be released on July 20. You can obviously change your college preferences or stream/course before applying second or third list. You can change your college preferences and/or stream between July 16-July 18. Even after that,  if you are not allotted your favourite college or still wish to change your stream,  you can do that too for the third list.

Hope this helps.

Can I do Bachelor of Sports Management from MU?

Shivam 24th Jun, 2019
Hi candidate,
You can do bachelor of sports management from mu.
This course is 3 year full time course and for this candidate need 50% in 12th standard for unreserved category, 45% for reserved category. Thus course is not so costly and it has a good scope of placement and internships.

All the best.
