As per the percentile mentioned by you in Feb shift your General rank between 246089 - 175204. There is a very less chance you can get any VSST cutoff for last year was 61584 rank. You can try out for private college in your home state where you will get your desired branch.
But there is fair chance yo can get private college on your desired branch.

NTA will release JEE Main March 2021 application form in the first week of March 2021. The application form of JEE Main 2021 (March) will be available at NTA website- jeemain.nta.nic.in. NTA JEE Mains March application form 2021 will be released in online mode only.
