sir, i got 93.4 persentile in march session. at the time of application i didt have my ews certificate so i filled application as general catagory only.. now i got ews certificate . is it any way to change general to ews for the march session that i wrote already .. pl let me know sir. thank

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 10th Jul, 2021

Hi

One important thing to note is that there's a common application form for all the 4 sessions. When one applies once, he / she just uses correction window to apply for the new session, no fresh application form is filled.

So, it doesn't matter even if you have already attempted March session as a General candidate you can still use correction window and change your category from general to ews and it will be changed for all the four sessions and don't worry final result which mentions your rank and category rank is released will be released after May session. So there's no problem.

Correction /application window for jee main May / 4th session is  is open from 9 to 12 July 2021 (upto 09:00 PM).

The direct link to correction window is provided below

https://testservices.nic.in/examSys21/root/Home.aspx?appFormId=101032111

You can edit/correct following details in your JEE main application form.

  • Your personal details :- You can correct your personal details like  spelling mistakes in your name, your date of birth etc

  • your academic details

  • You can even edit or change the choice of your paper:- For Instance, if you have chosen paper 1, you can edit it and choose paper 2 instead of 1 or vice-versa . You can also select both paper 1 and paper 2 but you will have to pay the application fee for the same.

  • Number of sessions you want to appear in, you can edit the sessions you want to appear in and you can add more session by paying the application fee for each new added session

  • language of the jee main question paper :- you can change the medium or language of the examination from the list of available options of language i. e English,Hindi ,Gujarati , Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu

  • your state of eligibility

  • your category

But yes , while using the correction window you should make sure that all your details are correct because once you use the correction window , you won't get another chance to use the correction window again as it is a single time facility. So, do check all the details twice.

For detailed information you can visit our page the link for the same is provided below

i have applied all four sessions of jee main and attempted feb and march sessoin.should i apply again now for 3rd and fourth sessions

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 10th Jul, 2021

Hi

No, you don't need to apply again for april/ 3rd and may  / 4th session if you have already applied for all the 4 sessions earlier.

This is because,

One cannot have multiple application for the same session and the application window have been opened  again for April / may session only for those who hadn't applied for it earlier when the application Window was open for February / March session.

So, you don't need to apply again for  april and may session, you just need to download the admit card once it gets released and then appear for it

You can download your admit card following the given below step once it gets released  :-

-) visit jeemain.nta.nic.in

-) click on download admit card

-) now you need to enter your JEE Main 2021 application number and then your date of birth

-) then you will have to enter the security pin which will be there mentioned on the screen and then click on submit button

-)  your admit card will appear and then save it

For detailed information go through our page the link for the same is provided below:-

I applied for Feb, March and April sessions earlier in January, and now want to apply for the May session held from 27 July. In the logged in portal, the details for april session from 20th july is only shown. So how do I apply for the 4th session? Should I apply as a new applicant for 4th session?

Application window for jee main May / 4th session is  is open from 9 to 12 July 2021 (upto 09:00 PM) while Jee main 2021 May session will be conducted from 27th july - 2nd August 2021.

No, you don't need to do apply as a fresh candidate  if you have already registered for earlier  sessions. Fresh registration needs to be done by only students who have not registered for any of the sessions

You simply need to :-

visit official website of JEE main  for i. e  jeemain.nta.nic.in and then click on apply, to make it even easier fir you the  direct link is given below:-

The direct link for jee main 2021 , new Registration Form and registration Form correction is given below :-

https://testservices.nic.in/examSys21/root/Home.aspx?appFormId=101032111

You will see two options  -

  • -) Register, for new candidates who have not registered for any of the sessions

  • -) log in / sign in for already registered students , so you need to log in using your login credentials and then you will see correction window, you need to use it and then edit your application form and add May session and then pay the application fee accordingly.

Now that,

limited time is left for jee mains 2021 remaining sessions , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

  • practising chapterwise questions

  • then revising the chapters,

  • solve at least previous 10 year question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,

  • go through mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.

sir My final semester examination result is announced in 20th September 2020 but i failed in one subject then i completed it march 2021.So if I eligible to apply for SBI 6100 post job

Akshita Dhiman 9th Jul, 2021
Hi there,

I am guessing you are talking about SBI apprentice recruitment.

If you have cleared all your arrears and have the transcript of the same you are eligible to apply. Make sure you have your degree. The minimum eligibility criteria are that a candidate must be a graduate. No backlogs or arrears play a part in this. You need to have your UG degree with a passed status.

The eligibility criteria are as follows:
Candidates between the ages of 20-28 are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate-level degree from any university.

Additionally, candidates who clear the written exam will have to appear for a local language test. A medical test will be held after. Candidates will be hired for an apprentice period of three years.

I hope this information helps!

Thank you!

I gave my income greater than 8 lac for feb and march attempt . Can i change it now?.

Anurag Khanna 8th Jul, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

Unfortunately not, you will not be allowed to modify the income details because not all details are allowed to modify only the enlisted details can be edited but don't worry your income detail will not be checked even until and unless you belongs to any reserved category and you can change it for later purposes like during admission in the institution :-

> Change of examination center.

> Personal Details like spelling mistakes, in your name or your father's name or your mother's name.

> Information regarding the academic details like your class 10th details or class 12th details.

> Change of Paper will be allowed means the candidates will be allowed to change their choice of paper from Paper 1 to Paper 2 (and vice versa). Both papers can also be selected for which the candidates have to pay the balance fee.

> Language of Examination will also be allowed to be changed by the candidates within the list of available options.

> Name, State of Eligibility, and Date of Birth will also be open for correction during this correction window.

> The provision of changing categories selected by candidates in the application form is also provided to the candidates. If the candidates changed their category from general to reserved, then no refund of fees will be done. However, if the candidates change their category from reserved to general, then they have to pay the balance fee.

> You will also be allowed to remove any of your image discrepancy (if required) as per the prescribed criteria.

hi sir I got 82 percentile (obc - b) on jee main 2021 march attempt. how Will be my rank ? and is there any chance to get any government btech college?

Akash Singh 8th Jul, 2021

Dear student,

Let me explain this question properly.

If we look at the percentile you have mentioned then we will find that your general rank will be somewhere around 184140 - 207000.

You can check your rank yourself by going through our rank predictor tool. I am attaching the link for it below.

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

You should note that the actual rank and predicted rank can vary as it depends on various factors.

Now if we try to find out your category rank which is OBC in your case then by looking at some previous years General rank vs OBC rank, we can say that it will be somewhere around 50000.

Unfortunately, on this rank there is no chance that you will get any NITs unless your homestate is Northeast states. There is also very less chance that you will get other government colleges but you can apply for state government colleges.

I will also suggest you give your best for the remaining attempts of JEE Main which will be held soon in this month(July). To go through the supplement designed by our experts to boost your JEE Main preparation. Below I am adding the link of it too.

https://learn.careers360.com/engineering/jee-main-preparation-material/

To know which colleges you can get on your rank along with the ones i have mentioned above, you can check our college predictor tool. Below I am attaching the link of it.

I hope this answer helps you.

All the very best!!

how to withdram from march session

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 7th Jul, 2021

Hi

Now, you cannot withdraw march session application form as it has been already conducted, but if you want to withdraw your April or may session application then you can definitely do it using correction window.

The direct link for correction window is provided below

https://testservices.nic.in/examSys21/root/Home.aspx?appFormId=101032111

On  going through  the above link  you will get two options  -

  • -) Register, for new candidates who have not registered for any of the sessions

  • -) log in / sign in for already registered students ,  you need to log in using your login credentials and then you will see correction window, you need to use it and then edit your application form and you can remove or withdraw your April/ May session application .

  • Number of sessions you want to appear in, you can edit the sessions you want to appear in and you can add more session by paying the application fee for each new added session or can even withdraw / remove sessions you applied for.

  • language of the jee main question paper :- you can change the medium or language of the examination from the list of available options of language i. e English,Hindi ,Gujarati , Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu

But yes , while using the correction window you should make sure that all your details are correct because once you use the correction window   , you won't get another chance to use the correction window again as it is a single time facility per session. So, do check all the details twice.

Now that,

limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation, go through chapters first , major focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through previous year question , and mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
