Dear Aspirant,
There is no guideline that you can use your EWS certificate dated on 16th march 2021. UPSC has asked for EWS cerificate based on financial year 2019-2020 but it should dated on or before 1st August 2019. In that prospect you can't use your EWS certificate if you have previous year certificate kindly upload that.

Good Luck!
JEE Mains Paper 1 is of total 300 marks and not 360, paper pattern changed from last year 2020. 230 out of 300 is quite a good score for a good percentile.
There might be something missing , sometimes due to this percentile relative system there are chances of getting low percentile on even high marks.Focus on next JEE attempt.
Check this :

Dear aspirant,
I'm sorry to inform you but yo u can use your EWS certificate for any application forms, for any number of times but only till it's validation. Usually, an EWS certificate is valid for an year. You should check your government issued certificates validity and according to that use your certificates.
I would advise you to apply for renewal of your certificate otherwise you cannot apply with EWS certificate.
Hope this helps!
Hi
No, if your EWS certificate is not valid now, then you should not upload.
But don't worry even if you don't have a valid ews certificate right now , you need it during counselling, right now while filling jee main application form, you can download the self declaration/ undertaking and fill it and submit it in place of your ews certificate. The self declaration/ undertaking form for category you belong to is available on the page number 9 of pdf for which link is given below :-
https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/webinfo2021/File/GetFile?FileId=5&LangId=P

See the thing is to improve anything you must identify the drawbacks, so try to find out what led to this, is it lack of knowledge of syllabus, is it exam temperament, or any thing else.
There are topics in each subject which carry good amount of weightage:
Check these for it : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-syllabus-weightage
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/most-easy-and-scoring-chapters-for-jee-main
https://news.careers360.com/jee-main-2021-topic-wise-weightage-score-well
Also try to find out which topics you are facing difficulty in , which topics take more time to attempt in each subject , go through your mock test and do a self analysis and try to figure out your mistakes and not to do them again.
Try to solve as many numericals as you can and do them daily with a timer on, it will help you get comfortable with time pressure of exam.
