Hello Aspirant,
If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2020 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your CRL rank is expected to be in the range of 4194 - 4715 , you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
Or
You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
As we go through the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows that :-
Closing OBC rank for NIT Surathakal was :-
CS Engineering branch - 1734 (Home state quota)
CS Engineering branch - 448 (Other state quota)
And your OBC rank is expected to be around 800-1000.
So you have quite good chances to get CSE in NIT Surathakal only if you have Home state quota otherwise not.
But yes if you improve your percentile in any further session of JEE-Main like around 99.7-99.8 then you might have a shot at CSE in NIT Surathakal under Other state quota even.
You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Dear Student,
as you are well aware that cutoff for every year differs depending upon various reasons such as availability of seats, number of participants attempting the paper etc, hence to provide you with the exact possibilities of your admission process is hard. However based on the previous years cutoff, the chances for you to secure a seat in NITs is less, but do not be discouraged as there are still two more sessions of JEE Mains left and you can try your best again.
Some of the colleges suitable for you based on secured percentile are provided in the list below,
If you would like to view the complete list of colleges you are eligible to, you can take help of the college predictor tool provided in the link given below.
Hi Mohit,
As per the new guidelines for JEE MAINS 2021, candidates can adjust their fee for application fee to next attempt of session, if they were unable to appear in previosu session. Means, if you have paid the fee for February session but were not able to appear for same, then your fee will be adjusted for next attempt (March session).
As you mentioned, you did not appear for FEB session, but paid the fee for March session, so possibly your FEB session fee is getting adjusted for April session. Correction window is open till 4th April 2021, if you want to make any edits. For more information, visit here:

Thankyou!
Dear aspirant,
I am not very clear with your marks so I would like to know your percentile which you have got for 1st march , 1st shift. But in general I am prediciting you will easily get good nits like Rourkela , patna. Note only few nits provides bsc not all.
It is difficult to get into iisc as to get into iisc you need to score a rank of under 250 in all india jee mains. So you need to buckle up for that if you want to get into iisc.
There might be some technical glitch or network error, so what I would suggest is just log out and close the browser and then re-login again after reopening the browser and make sure your Internet connection should be good. Now just check your confirmation page, in the section of payment details it should be written there that transaction is successful.
If the issue persists then I would recommend you to reach out to NTA either through the given contact detail :-

hello aspirant,
81.9 percentile could fetch you a rank around 185163-208150 .now these are based on previous year analysis .As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam, difficulty level of paper etc.based on your rank you have tough to no chances to fetch seat in government colleges like nits, iiits.you need a minimum percentile of 96-98+ to fetch seat in good nits, iiits.the previous year qualifying percentile for obc was 70-75 percentile.so based on that you have good chances to get qualified in jeemain.note that each year cutoff changes and if it changes so are your chances into colleges. try to fetch seat in private colleges or universities.or you can try the state btech colleges using jeemain percentile. you need better percentile to fetch seat.workhard for the upcoming jeemain sessions..you can get closing rank for josaa official website: https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
