In spite of being from SC Category, to secure a seat in one of the NITs or IIITs you require a SC Rank atleast around 10k, or a Corresponding CRL anywhere near 200k. For 200k CRL, the Corresponding Percentile is approx 79-81 Percentile. Hence you must work harder to secure this percentile, and improve from your current 60 Percentile.
See the qualifying cut-off percentiles which needs to be cleared by any candidate to sit in JEE-Advance is released along with the final result of JEE-Main and for JEE-Main 2021 the final result will be released after all four attempts will be completed and the final result will be on the basis of your best score amongst different attempts. However basis on previous year's cut-off trends we can help you with the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year :-
Out of the two percentile your best percentile is 86 that is of February attempt. So on the basis of expected cut-offs of this year you have very decent chances to get qualified for JEE-Advance 2021.
Note that in above table it is not the actual cut-off for JEE-Main 2021 but expected on the basis of previous year's analysis. You can check out previous year's cut-off trends from the link given below :-
As you gave the JEE Main exam in March 2021, your paper difficulty level was moderatel so your percentile would be somewhere around 95.59 - 97.37 percentile. At this much percentile you may get some branches in NIT's, or you may go for state level or private engineering colleges. You should also go for JEE Advanced.
