Need not to worry these are the few reason of your problem:
Huge load on server makes it down. Wait for some time and try again. Candidates who forget their login credentials will not be able to download JEE Main Admit Card 2021. Candidates can retrieve their password by clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ tab on the official website. Aspirants will receive a link on their registered email ID to reset the password. Candidates whose JEE Main application form has been rejected due to incomplete details will not be able to download the admit card.
In case, you are not facing any of the above issues and are still not able to download JEE Main 2021 admit card, should get in touch with the Helpline number between 10 am to 5 pm. JEE Main helpline numbers are - 7042399520, 7042399521, 7042399525, 7042399526.

See till now NTA has not clarified about refund duration of application fees so we have to wait for any notification by NTA but it is sure that your application fee will be refunded if you are not going to attempt for that attempt. JEE-Main 2021 Result for February attempt has been released on the official website of NTA. You can check your result from the link given below :-

How the final result will be calculated for those who are appearing for more than one attempt of JEE-Main 2021 :-

Let me make you clear with an example, suppose you have got 90 percentile in first attempt, 92 in second, 89 in third and 94 in fourth, so your final result will be made by taking the best result which is of 94 percentile so your final percentile would be 94 and ranking will be given to you according to it.

According to NTA, it is possible to withdraw from a particular session of JEE mains and the fees paid for that particular session can be refunded or the fees can be carried forward for the next session . The request for withdrawal from a particular session or carry forward of fees can only be made during the application process for that particular session. Since, the application process for March session have already finished, it is not possible to withdraw right now and no fee refund is possible.
