If it is your VITEEE rank, you have very less or no chances to get admission in VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai campuses. Also,  you have very less chances to get admission in core branches in other campus also.

Unless you aren't extremely passionate about Electronics and Communications, Don't, I repeat, "DO NOT" pursue ECE. The Department is only for people who are extremely intelligent or extremely Hardworking. So, choose wisely and decide which category you fall in.

Now, if you plan on getting an IT job after 4 years, then these 4 years in ECE would be really tough and and a complete waste of time. 

Now, I definitely advice you to come to DSCE, you can take telecom if you are so fond of ECE, but at your rank Industrial Engineering & Management Department would be your best bet.

Based on your KCET ranking ,it is slightly not possible in the first initial rounds of KCET if you belong to the general merit category.However please do not loose hope and keep proceeding to the subsequent rounds of KCET and hopefully you might suceed.

Please do refer to the cuttoff ranks of previous years while applying to the colleges in your option entry.

It will be really tough for you if you are not a topper in your class.

The top students  of COMEDK & KEA SET will be study with you in this college.

It will be quite easy for girls and not easy for boys because girls can remember all the things easily.

Since MSRIT is an autonomous college so in some paper your marks will depends on your luck and your teacher.

You will have to study hard, cover all the topics and always contact with your college teacher.

Nothing is impossible all depends on your will power.

If you have are asking about the cutoff, as per the trend, it can get lower to a score so that you get admission. But, it actually depends on the no. of students who comes for admission. If the number of students who chooses for Pillai Institute is less, and most of them have marks less that you, you can get a seat. But, it can happen the other way also. So, an exact answer is not possible. You can try for the course, as you have  chance.
