Dear Aspirant,
MSc is a science degree and hence does not really have a lot of industrial applications.
MSc physics and Math are like comparing apples and oranges.
1. If you want to go for government jobs you'll need a degree and will have to prepare for the examinations and Ace it. Hence your degree doesn't matter much. In science you always have the option of doing PhD and continuing in academia.
2. In terms of application perspective - applied mathematics has a lot of applications in all field and hence has a really good scope of getting you a good job. Modelling, predictions, estimatiom etc are required in all fields and hence while doing your masters choose courses and internships carefully to help you land a job in a sector.
3. If you are really good at applied math you can do data analysis, learn machine learning, do.pdedoctions and modelling etc.
Hence, it depends on what you are interested in but in industrial applications point of view applied math has. Really good potential.
Hope this helps.

Hello saurabh,
Congratulation because, Yes, You can continue your MSc in physics or Math from CUCET (Common University Entrance Test) just after your B-tech
CUCET not runs any course. It is the entrance test for the universities.
So, It will depend on Universities that they are conducting there course Regular or Distance Learning mode.
But if we talking about MSc physics. Distance Learning course is not allowed because physics is practical subject it contains proper Lab work which is not possible in Distance learning. whether their is some chances that university will allow MSc Math in a Distance Learning mode.
Good Luck!!
Yes definitely! Mathematics and the engineering fields like Biotechnology in general are very much interlinked and you can pursue one after or before completing a graduation in the other subject. So, essentially yes, you can do a graduation in maths after completing your graduation in biotechnology.

Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
In most of the colleges and Universities, the eligibility criteria for the MCA course is that the student need to score at least 50% marks in UG course and must have Mathematics as one of the subject in there UG course. As you didn't have Mathematics in your UG degree, you won't be eligible. Also there are some universities which requires the presence of Computer Science & Mathematics as subjects in there UG course.
