Dear aspirant

Candidates must have passed one of the qualifying examinations in the first attempt with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken simultaneously and securing not less than 60% of the aggregate marks in these three science subjects taken together and not less than 50% marks in English and 50% marks in each of the science subjects. They must have also passed an examination in Mathematics of the tenth standard.

You must have passed your English, physics, chemistry, biology simultaneously in one attempt only. You will be not eligible by taking bio as additional subject from another board.

AFMC Eligibility Criteria

All applicants who want to be considered for admission to the Armed Forces Medical College must meet the requirements listed below in order to be eligible.

  • To apply to the Armed Forces Medical College, you must be at least 17 years old.
  • The authorities have set a 24-year-old age limit as the maximum.
  • Candidates must have passed the NEET admission exam in order to apply to AFMC, Pune.
  • Additionally, candidates must have successfully completed and passed class 12 in English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology from an institution approved by the Indian government.

So, according to the eligibility criteria, you are eligible for AFMC admission if you cleared NEET.

You shouldn't drop your college, at least complete your graduation, in case your degree don't interest you anymore you can opt for other options, you can explore actuary by appearing in ACET this can be done alongside graduation, there are other professional courses too which you can consider such as chartered  accountant, company secretary, cost management accountancy to name a few, if you wish to change your field then you can consider, management, computer application, integrated law such as BCom-LLB or BBA-LLB which will be more suited for you,

No , you're not eligible for B.Sc Math Hons as the basic eligibility criteria for this Hons course is as follows :

  • Should have done 12th or equivalent course with Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects
