Every student in his/her life had this dilemma when selecting subjects. I would recommend you to opt for the subject you are inclined toward and the subject you find more interesting. As you said you have an interest in Biology subject. Then go for Biology, Physics and Chemistry. As you said you are a little weak in Mathematics subject, then better not choose this subject. But if you're opting for Physics, then let me tell you Physics in Class 11th and 12th involves Mathematics as well. So, before opting for Physics go through the syllabus and see the Mathematics involved in the Physics subject. Mainly get a basic idea about the definition, simple formulas of derivation and integration. Basic level knowledge in derivation and integration will be good. It will help you a lot. Chemistry subject only basic Mathematics involved and not advanced level. Since you have an interest in Biology, the chapters in classes 11th and 12th will be interesting to you.
I hope it helps. Thank you.
