Neet Air 75063 ap state govt mbbs college seat vastundha

Anushree Thakare 17th Jun, 2025

Hello aspirant,

With an AIR of 75063 in NEET 2025 , securing a government MBBS seat in Andhra Pradesh might be challenging, but not impossible. The availability of seats and your category will play a significant role . While 2000 government MBBS seats exist in Andhra Pradesh, competition is high.

A significant portion of these seats, 85% , are reserved under the state quota , meaning candidates from Andhra Pradesh have a better chance at these seats.

Important tip : It's crucial to stay updated on the official counselling schedule and participate in the seat allotment process. Carefully review the cutoff trends for your category and explore options in private colleges if necessary.

Thank you!!

I am Anindita Biswas, Female only child. I have got Total Percentaile - 48.97, Total Marks obt - 140/720, NEET All India Rank - 1124549, Category General Rank - 345995. My question is can I get an Admission in MBBS or BDS with any colleges and if yes, which document are required and other things. Kindly answer my question

Devanshi Goyal 23rd Jun, 2025

HELLO,

With your NEET score it is unlikely possible that you will be able to secure a seat in MBBS or BDS in a government college specially as a General category candidate

Here is the detailed reasons :-

1. NEET Qualification :-The qualifying medical colleges generally have higher cutoffs than private colleges your score is unlikely to be sufficient for most government medical colleges

2.Government Vs Private colleges :- Government medical colleges have higher cutoffs than private ones so your score is unlikely insufficient for government colleges .

3.Private Colleges :-Some private colleges may have lower cutoffs and might consider your score specially if you are willing yo pay the higher fees in private colleges in that case it will be the best option at this rank

4.You can go for management quota where admission is based on criteria other than merit potentially including your score

You can use Careers360 college predictor to get best college at your rank :- https://medicine.careers360.com/nta-neet-all-india-college-predictor

Hope that Helps!

Hello,

With a NEET score of 469 and belonging to the 3B category in Karnataka , securing a government or semi-government MBBS seat is unlikely , but not entirely impossible . It depends on the specific college, the number of seats available, and the competition within your category.

Can I get mbbs seat in jamia hamdard under muslim minority quota with 227723 all india ranking

Mahima Sinha 18th Jun, 2025

Based on previous admission patterns, securing an MBBS seat at Jamia Hamdard under the Muslim Minority Quota with an All India Rank of 2,27,723 is, frankly, quite improbable. The cutoff for Muslim Minority candidates typically falls between 1,00,000 and 1,50,000 in most years.

Jamia Hamdard relies on NEET scores for admissions through MCC counselling under the Deemed University quota. While yearly variations do occur—factors like exam difficulty, applicant volume, and seat availability all play a role—your current rank is well above the usual cutoff range. Participation in mop-up or stray vacancy rounds is possible, of course, but chances remain very slim.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it’s advisable to monitor the official MCC counselling portal and Jamia Hamdard announcements regularly.

I got 428 marks in neet this year . I am from bihar SC category . I need MBBS . which college can I get??

SHUBHANGI SINHA 17th Jun, 2025

Hello,

Congratulations on your NEET 2025 score of 428!

Being a resident of Bihar and belonging to the SC increases your chances of being selected for an MBBS seat, particularly under the state quota. 85% of government MBBS seats in Bihar are set aside for state students. Candidates from the SC category who scored between 420 - 490 will be able to secure Bihar government college. Since you scored 428, your chances are fair good.

MBBS seats may be available at colleges such as:

  1. Government Medical college, Bettiah
  2. Darbhanga Medical college
  3. Nalanda Medical college
  4. Indira Gandhi institute of Medical Sciences, Patna

These are the few suggestions from my side which you can try.

I got 336 marks obc from Karnataka. Do I have any chance to get mbbs seat

gopi 17th Jun, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

You got 336 marks in NEET and you belong to OBC category from Karnataka, it is very difficult to get a Government MBBS seat through 85% State Quota, especially in Government Colleges. However, there is still a higher chance you would get the seat in Private Colleges under OBC category. I would suggest keeping BDS or allied medical courses as other options as well.

Can I get seat in mbbs govt college. Marks in neet 272

Mansi Satwani 17th Jun, 2025

Hello aspirant,

The cut off of government medical colleges is very high ranging from 550 to 650 score in neet ug 2025. And your score is way less than the required score. So, no you cannot get a seat in government medical college.  In private colleges also it might be difficult for you. You should try other courses like dental, ayurveda, or homeopathy.

Regards.

I score 156408 rank in neet 2025 in Wes category shall I get any government MBBS college

Samriddha Pal 19th Jun, 2025

Hello,

Holding an All India Rank of 156,408 in NEET 2025 and being from the ST category makes it highly improbable to obtain an MBBS seat in a government medical college. Generally, the ST category cutoffs for NEET lie between 400 and 480 marks, translating to ranks significantly above yours in the counseling procedure.

These thresholds rely on the state quota trends from previous years, where government MBBS admissions for ST candidates typically align with those mark ranges. Even though the number of eligible candidates has slightly dropped this year—possibly reducing cutoffs—your ranking still falls outside the competitive range for the majority of state or AIQ seats.

You are still qualified to take part in both AIQ and state counselling, allowing you to consider various available options. Although securing a government MBBS seat might not be possible this year, it would be wise to explore different medical options like BAMS, BHMS, BPT, Pharm.D, or B.Sc. Nursing, where thresholds are reduced and chances are more reachable.

Hope this helps. All the best!

Want to study mbbs abroad with 100% scholarship with class 12 cbse board marks and minimum expenses or 0 expenses

Samriddha Pal 19th Jun, 2025

Hello,

For many students, pursuing an MBBS degree overseas with a full scholarship is a dream. Though it's quite competitive, it is achievable—particularly if you possess outstanding Class 12 CBSE grades (ideally over 90%) and can demonstrate solid academic performance, a passion for medicine, and financial necessity. Nations such as Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and Uzbekistan provide lower tuition costs in comparison to private colleges in India.

Nonetheless, complete scholarships are uncommon and primarily provided by government-funded initiatives (such as the Russian Federation Scholarship or the MBBS scholarship from China’s CSC—China Scholarship Council). To find additional English-speaking opportunities, some students consider Turkey, Egypt, or Hungary (through the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship).

To enhance your opportunities, it is essential to possess a valid NEET UG score, as this is required for Indian students intending to practice in India after obtaining an MBBS degree from abroad. Submit your application early, craft a compelling Statement of Purpose (SOP), and gather all required documents such as financial statements and letters of recommendation.

If you are committed and conduct thorough research, institutions such as Kazan Federal University (Russia) or Peking University (China) sometimes provide need-based scholarships or tuition exemptions for outstanding international candidates.

Hope this helps. All the best!

65198 all India rank can get mbbs govt seat?

Samriddha Pal 21st Jun, 2025

Hello,

Achieving an All India Rank of 65,198 in NEET 2025 influences your likelihood of obtaining an MBBS seat in a government medical college based on several critical elements, such as your category (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS), state quota, and the seat availability in the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) or the 85% State Quota.

For candidates in reserved categories, this rank might provide a good opportunity in certain state government colleges, particularly in states that have more medical seats or comparatively lower cutoffs.

For General category students, the competition is tougher, making it harder to obtain a government MBBS seat via AIQ with this rank, although some opportunities may still exist under the state quota in specific states. It is highly advisable to go for both AIQ and state counselling procedures, monitor cut-off trends closely, and consider alternatives such as BDS, BAMS, or private MBBS institutions with scholarships if securing a government seat appears difficult.

Hope this helps. All the best!
