In private colleges under government quota also, chances are very low as cutoffs usually close around 2 lakh rank.

Even for management quota seats in private colleges of Gujarat , your rank is quite high. So chances are very less.

You can try for MBBS in other states where private colleges take higher ranks, or you can consider BDS, BAMS or other medical-related courses.
