hello aspirant,
As of now its tough to say which college you can get because the cutoff changes every year with college and this year the cutoff went high and also few seats have increased.but with previous year analysis and your rank we can find you possibilities into colleges.for local mbbs counselling you have chances in:
ayaan institute of medical sciences -last year cutoff was 436
but this year this may increase by 30-40 marks more.you have chances to management quota in medical colleges. that means you have no or very less chances to fetch a seat for government medical colleges .also very few chances for private ones.nevertheless give a try.for more info to check what all chances you have for your rank check: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana

To know your admission possibilities for MBBS, BDS programme you can use NEET UG college predictor tool given below.
If by any chance you do not get a seat in the first round (but do attend it), you will automatically be selected in the second round. This applies for further rounds of counselling and mop-up rounds as well. You do not have to pay additional fees. Keep in mind to attend all the rounds to be considered as a candidate for further rounds.
Hi
It's quite difficult to make prediction as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges depends upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 349 marks your chances for Government Medical College is very low and even you may not get Government quota seat in private medical college
For example,
In neet 2019 , the lowest marks for ewa category under Gujarat state quota that got a Government quota seat in private medical college was 408 marks and it was for Zydus Medical College and Hospital, Dahod
With your marks you can get management quota seat in private medical/deemed college for which you can check your chances at
Thankyou
Hey aspirant,
Scoring 439 marks in neet and belonging to Sc category may get you seats in some of the government medical colleges on the basis of state counseling quota. Some of them are listed below:-
APOLLO INST OF MED SCI, HYDERABAD
BHASKAR MEDICAL COLLEGE, MOINABAD
C ANANDA RAO MEDICAL INSTITUTE OF SCIENCES
DR PATNAM MAHENDER REDDY INST OF MED SCI, CHEVELLA
GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, NALGONDA
There are few more in which you can get a chances for that please refer to the link mentioned below-

Note:-all the colleges mentioned above are based on the previous year cutoffs and may change as the cutoffs of colleges vary every year on the basis of few factors.
Hope it helps.
Good luck.
Hello vishal,
Based on previous year cut-off, to attain a BDS seat in a government college, a candidate is required to score a minimum of 450 marks in NEET. A minimum of 50th percentile under general category for those who seek admissions in private dental colleges is a requirement. As you belong to reserved category therefore the SC/ST/OBC cut-off score was 146-113 .
Under 15% all india quota, you need to score more than 480 marks in neet to get BDS seat. As you have got 569 marks so you might have a chance for getting the seat in government college.

Hello aspirant
It's difficult to exactly predict about the admission chance. However based on your score and category you won't be able to get admission in state qouta through management qouta.
You can go for private colleges and Deemed universities for mbbs program. But chances are very less.
