Also the chances of getting an A-category seat in private medical colleges and especially this year are nil as the cut off will be raised due to easy standard of paper.

You can try for B-category medical seats in private colleges and deemed/central universities but they costs higher.

You can try for BDS seat in private dental colleges as you hold few chances.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

With your given rank it's not possible to secure GMC through AIQ as well as state quota, the reason being aiq cut-offs are higher than state quota, and if we go through previous year cut-offs then under state quota for UR 577 marks with all india rank of 13985 secured a seat in GMC Bettiah, though you may have chances for mata gujari memorial medical college, madhubani medical college, narayan medical college and hospital, lord budha koshi medical college and hospital, cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.

if you want to get government medical college then may be some difficulties occure in general category in this year because cut off marks is high . But if you have an quota then you should easily get a government medical college and the cost will be below 50lakh obviously.

But you are mentioned above that the amount so in any private college you will get easily admission under 50lakh .

For example,
In Neet 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in government quota seat in a private medical college state quota was 407 marks for sc category and it was for MAHAVIR INST OF MED SCI, VIKARABAD
