The cutoff for NEET 2020 will be released separately for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and for 85% State Quota seats..
State released his cuttoff,in the starting month of November
Acc. to your rank, the chances is less tk getting admision in government college but this will also depends on your state cuttoff
