Hello,
Since you have not mentioned your state or category it's tough to predict your chances in any college. As per your rank you won't be able to get MBBS government medical college seats through the AIQ. Through the 85% state quota you'll only be able to get government seats if you have SC or ST category and for that also the chances are really low.
To know more about which colleges you can get admission in based on your rank you can use the college predictor tool
Hi Aspirant,
Based on your rank you will get seat in following colleges:

371J and Telugu Minority are additional reservations. Inspite of being eligible for these two quotas, you still need to qualify in NEET according to the Category you belong to. You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:
General Category/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129
With a score of 160, it is difficult for a seat in any course that conducts admission based on NEET score. You might have a chance in Ayush courses but not in MBBS. And you may have to consider appearing for NEET 2021. If you want to reappear for NEET 2021, you can prepare with the help of our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
You cannot get M.B.B.S seat through EAMCET exam you have to give NEET UG to get a seat in M.B.B.S course. All the colleges accept only NEET score for making a merit list for M.B.B.S admissions. EAMCET is for local state science courses other than medicine. It is nothing but it will be conducted in the state in which you are living to join courses such as agricultural Sciences, horticulture science etc.
