YES, with the above mentioned marks in NEET you have decent chances of getting Government medical colleges through NEET. I am assuming the your query is about neet examination .Neet conducted by NTA for MBBS ,BDS admission in India .There are around 15 lakh students who appear for this exam every year .

The qualify mark required to get seat in MBBS in government colleges for ST category is around 40th percentile and around 137-108 and for St PWD it is around 40th percentile and mark around 121-108 .

NEET cut off in 2021 for general category was 720-138, OBC/SC/ST 137-108, General category 137-122, OBC/SC/ST PH 121-108. The number of qualified candidates in 2021 in OBC category were 66978.
