How much I should score in neet for mbbs seat in bangalore

Anurag Khanna 11th May, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

See for marks in NEET UG, if we go through previous years cut-offs then according to that, you should try to score at least 600+ marks out of 720 in NEET UG 2022(merely an assumption based on the allotment results of last year) for good government medical colleges through state quota counselling of Karnataka.

You can check out this year's counselling allotment results from the official site as given below :-

https://cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/

It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of cut-off for any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-

*** number of candidates appeared in NEET UG

*** difficulty level of the paper

*** top score for NEET UG

*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

If you want to prepare further for NEET UG then to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

can we Book the MBBS seat before neet exam?

Anurag Khanna 27th May, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

No you cannot get MBBS seat in any college without giving NEET UG because NEET UG is compulsory entrance exam and without it you cannot get admission to MBBS seat.

Once you will have a valid NEET UG score and if you qualify it then you will be eligible for admission to MBBS seat but merely qualifying NEET UG does not ensure the allotment because in counselling the seats are allotted on the basis of marks scored by candidates in NEET UG.

Marks need to obtain mbbs seat for SC category

Moumoyee Chakraborty 5th Apr, 2022

Hello Aspirant

The marks that you need to obtain to qualify NEET as a SC category student completely varies based on few years

  • The number of students who appeared in the exam
  • The difficulty level of the exam
  • The vacancy seat matrix of the colleges.

Now the cut off marks for SC category based on past two years cut off trends nearly lie in the range 137-108 marks. But if aiming for Government seats is your target to achieve then you need to score minimum marks around 400-500 or more so that you can ensure your seat in Government Institutions.

Good luck!!!
