Hey,
Based on previous year data, with 370 marks you may get a rank between 243827-256796. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp
Last year the cut off rank for MBBS seat under 2A category through Karnataka State Quota was 150819. So based on this, it is quite difficult for you to get a mbbs seat. But nothing fixed can be said until Neet Results come out. Cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the number of seats available, difficulty level of the paper and the performance of the students.
You have slight chances of getting a private dental seat through Karnataka State Counseling. You can get a complete list of colleges in which you may get a seat by using NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
Hello Divya. I hope you are doing well. You mentioned your expected marks in NEET UG 2021 is 140. Based on your marks, your overall percentile ends up around 50.79 - 50.79 and your AIR may end up somewhere around 754686 - 929836 considering difficulty of the paper to be moderate.
As you mentioned anything about your caste, I assume you belong to General category.
At first I'd like to say that if you really get this score then it will be hard for you to get admission to MBBS or BDS at any top-rated Private medical colleges under Government quota, let alone chances to get seats at Government medical colleges. In other words, getting chance to contest a seat for MBBS/BDS is less even if you participate in All India or State Counselling process.
However, you may get admission at few Private dental colleges for BDS via Management quota, if you are willing to pay exceptionally high price.
At this point, if you ask for my opinion, I'd say you better try again next year and start your preparation for NEET UG 2022 from scratch.

Dear candidate,
It is very difficult to predict the cut off for NEET UG for next year let alone two years from now because it depends on quite a few factors like the difficulty of the paper that year, the number of students appearing for the exam, the number of seats available etc. But I will still write a few colleges cut offs under state quota for your category for the year 2020:
COLLEGE NEET AIR
Hope this provides you with some idea. All the best with your preparations!
Hi
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Tamilnadu
What is your marks in neet?
Anyway,
When we go through previous year trend then,
In 2019, 430 marks the lowest marks for OBC category that got a Government quota seat in a private medical college under Tamilnadu State quota and it was for Sri Muthukumaram Medical College and Hospital.
So, if your marks is around 430 - 475 marks in NEET 2021 then you have chances for Government quota seat in a private medical college under Tamilnadu State quota.
Also, do note that:-

---------) number of students that appeared in the neet examination,
