Hello aspirant,
On the basis of previous year cutoffs trend, at your score there is very less probability for you to get admission in government medical college in Karnataka under your category. But you have chances to get government college for BDS in Karnataka.
Also you can get admission in private medical colleges through private quota. Some of the private medical colleges for your consideration are as follow, in which you can get seat through private quota:
Also you try for MBBS in other private medical colleges and deemed universities of other states. But remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.

I'm regretful to inform you that chances of you getting a government or a private medical college seat in a highly competitive state like Andhra Pradesh at such a score are very very grim .
What I suggest is that you shift your focus to BDS/BAMS/BHMS and that too private colleges in such regard as government colleges there also won't be available to you
For more info on BDS private colleges do check out this link
