Hello,
NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty levelt off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.
If you have a domicile of Karnataka, then you might have an outside chance to get admission in the Mahadevappa RamPure Medical college, Gulbarga, as according to previous year trends the cut off for General Category was 446. If the trend remains same or doesn't increase significantly then you have chances of getting seat during State counseling.

Hi,
I hope you are doing well!
With 115 marks in NEET you can not get any government or good college, because of high cut-off and your score is very low, if you want a good college you can take a gap year and try next year and if not then you can take admission in private colleges but their fee is very high as compared to govt colleges.
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Karnataka according to your profile and category as general.
According to the marks and category mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 456280 - 526430. So on such marks you have no chances of getting any GMC or government seat in any private college according to previous year's cut-off. But yes you can take direct admission in some of the private colleges provided that you must have appeared in counselling and did mot got the seat.
You can check out previous year's cut-offs for Karnataka from the link given below :-

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
