Hey,

Nothing fixed can be said until NEET 2021 results come out. Cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the number of seats available and the performance of the students.

Keeping this in mind, based on previous year data with 481 marks you may get a rank between 58214-65316. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp

According to previous year cut off of Karnataka State Counselling, you can get a seat in the following colleges under your category -

  • Khaja Bande Navaz Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College
  • Navodaya Medical College
  • Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Father Muller Institute of Medical Education

To get a complete list of colleges in which you can get a MBBS/BDS seat, you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp

i am sc student i got 330 marks in neet ug 2021 could i get mbbs seat..?

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 13th Sep, 2021

Hi

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is AP

It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

  • number of students that appeared in the neet examination,

  • kind of marks obtained by students  in neet ,

  • toughness level of the neet examination,

  • number of seats available etc.

But when we go through previous data then

you hold a low chance to get mbbs seat in Government Medical College with 330 marks

For example,

in neet  2019, 436 marks for sc category was the lowest marks to get mbbs seat in  government medical college   under AP state quota and it was  for Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-ap

But yes

You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :--

----------) BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli:- 311 marks

----------) Saveetha Medical College, Chennai:- 265 marks

----------) Dr. DYP Edu. Soc. Deemed Uni., Kolhapur:- 262 marks

----------) Vinayaka Missions Medical College and Hospital, Karaikal:- 257 marks

----------) Krishna Institute of  Medical Sc., Karad:- 253 marks

And a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year  due to   many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in   which you have to chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Thankyou

can i get MBBS seat in Telangana igot 503/720 in obc quota

Hello aspirant

I am from SC category get 416 marks in neet can I get government mbbs seat in uttar Pradesh

Suchana Datta 13th Sep, 2021

Hi,

first to qualify in NEET, a General Category candidate has to score 50% of the top NEET score. It is 40% for SC, ST, OBC. For example, if the top NEET scorer has scored 500, General Category candidates should score atleast 250 and SC,ST,OBC should score around 200 to qualify. Now not every qualified candidate can get a medical seat. It depends on cut offs. Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, difficulty of the exam and top NEET score. Every State except Jammu and Kashmir has All India Quota and State Quota and there is different cut off for each quota. Now every State has various cut offs for every college and Category. Tamilnadu is one of the States with highest cut off. But States like Assam do not have that high cut off. So it totally depends on what State you want to apply and if you want to apply

for, it is difficult to guess your chances. For example, with the cut offs that Tamilnadu has, one can easily get a seat in a Govt. Medical college in West Bengal.

There are less chance for you to get a government collage but you can only get into a deemed university/college with higher fee margins.

Hope this helps

Wish you luck

470 PUNJAB DEMOCILE CAN I GET MBBS SEAT IN PUNJAB

riteshkandpal499 13th Sep, 2021
Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 121819 - 131202 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the expected marks vs ranks
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank
You have not mentioned your category so assuming that you are from general category so according to the 2019 cut off for various colleges in punjab were as follows
1.Government Medical College, Amritsar - 523marks
2.Government Medical College, Patiala - 537 marks
3.Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot - 518 marks
So from this trend you don't have a chance to get seat in government college if you belong to general category
Below is the link for the previous year cut off marks
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-punjab
Further you can use college predictor tool to know about the colleges you can get
https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor
Good luck
Hope it helps

I got 207 marks in neet can i get government bds /mbbs seat I belong to obc category 2A

ADRIKA mONDAL 28th Dec, 2021

Hi,

With the marks of 207 in NEET 2021 and also belonging to OBC category 2A, the chances of getting a seat in the government medical college is almost nil. This is so because minimum marks for qualifying the neet exam is

Category NEET 2021 cutoff NEET cut-off marks
General 50th percentile 720-138
SC/ST/OBC 40th percentile 137-108
General-PwD 45th percentile 137-122
SC/ST/OBC-PwD 40th percentile 121-108

So your marks are to the borderline and the chances of getting a government medical colleges is not at all possible .Rather you may also try for private medical colleges also through management quota which might be quite possible enough. Hoping for the best . Thank you. For more information refer to
