According to previous year allotment result of second round Karnataka State Counselling, the last rank under 3AG category to get a medical seat was 69634. Nothing fixed can be said about your chances until you get your actual NEET rank. As ranks change every year depending on various factors. Since you did not mention your category, I am assuming you are from general category.
According to second round West Bengal Counselling 2020, the closing rank of government MBBS seat was 36907. The closing rank of state quota MBBS seats in private medical colleges was 40435.
It is quite difficult to accurately predict your chances this year, since cut offs and ranks vary every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper and the performance of the students. Something confirmed can only be said after you get your NEET 2021 result. For example, in 2019 with 510 marks the corresponding rank was around 43000 while in 2020 with same marks, the rank inflated up to 80000.
You can get a list colleges in which you may get MBBS/BDS seat by using NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting some good medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-
Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College, Bangalore
St John Medical College, Bangalore
Mysore Medical College, Mysore
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
