It is impossible to get a MBBS seat in Andhra Pradesh with the mentioned marks even in EWS category. However you can try for other courses in Ayurvedic, Unani, Homoeopathy colleges. Or you can give NEET next year with alot more preparation. You can try the college predictor tool in orde to know about your future college.

There's no increase in the MBBS seats in Chandigarh as there has been no notification about the same, if at all there is some change then the change might be slight change which will not make any difference.

You can also get a seat in a private colllege. I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year. You cannot get government medical colleges through any state counseling when you don't have that particular states domicile. You can get management quota seats being a non local.
