MCC
Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 463 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored the chances are less for you to get a government seat for MBBS. Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management. Also you could get a government seat for alternate courses like BAMS or BHMS.
MBBS or Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery also described as BMBS. This is a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree program. The first two advanced and professional undergraduate medical degrees are Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. It is probably one of the topmost degrees in the world and therefore by profession, after completing MBBS from top medical colleges , an individual is officially transformed into a medical professional.
These are few of the private colleges in India for MBBS.
1. KMC Manglore- Kasturba Medical College, Manglore, Karnataka.
2. St John's Medical College, Banglore, Karnataka.
3. IIMSR Lucknow- Integral Institute of Medical Science and Research, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
4. HIMSR Delhi- Humdard Institute of Medical Science and Research, Delhi.

Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well .See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks.
As per NEET 2020 cutoffs ,you have some absolute chances of getting into some of the best institutes in the country given that you belong to the SC category. I'll list the colleges below :
Here are all the AIIMS that you can get into :
1)AIIMS BIBINAGAR,Telengana
2)AIIMS,RAI BARELI
3)AIIMS , GORAKHPUR
4)AIIMS,KALYANI
5)AIIMS BILASPUR,HIMACHAL PRADESH
6)AIIMS,DEOGARH
7)AIIMS,JAMMU
8)AIIMS, GUAHAWTI
Now,I'll list some government medical colleges that you can get based on your NEET 2021 AIR .
20.North Bengal Medical College, Darjeeling
There are still a lot many colleges that you have chances of getting into through AIQ.
You can have details of the colleges you can get into based on your NEET AIR and category both through AIQ and SQ of your state from the link given below :
You can have a better idea of the expected cutoffs by viewing the past year cutoffs through the link below:
Hope my answer helped.
Hello there, hope you are doing well . It would be really kind of you if you could mention your NEET 2021 AIR in the comments.
See,as of now it's very difficult to predict the exact cut-offs as they keep changing every year depending on various factors like no. of students appeared, difficulty level of the question paper ,seat matrix and overall performance of the students . But we can have an idea of your probability of getting selected into your desired medical college based on previous year's cutoff scores and ranks
From you profile I see that you belong from Mizoram . The closing AIR through AIQ for Zoram Medical College in Mizoram in 2020 was 95727 and score of about 490.
The closing AIR for the last government medical college through AIQ for the ST category was 96,390.
So ,seeing the above cutoffs it seems difficult that you'll get a government medical college through All India Counselling despite having an ST category .
If you want to prepare for neet 2022,here are some useful resources which you can use to strengthen you preparation.

All the very best
you can go through online courses that are available in apps like Byju's and Udemy.
you can also try to join for an internship in the hospitals nearby you to gain more practical knowledge as internships can be done anytime irrespective whether you have completed a course or not.
Hello aspirant,
As your profile suggest that you are from Delhi, so according to previous year cutoffs trend, at your score you have almost nil probability of getting admission in government medical colleges in your category. But you can try for private medical colleges and deemed universities.
However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty.
You can also try for other medical courses such as BDS, BAMS, Homeopathy, Unani, Siddha, Yoga and naturopathy and veterinary. For more college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool too which provides you elaborate information regarding the suitable colleges:
