Sharon Rose Student Expert 16th Feb, 2021

Hello,

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NEET UG 2021 even if there is one year gap between class 11th and class 12th provided you must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English (practical+theory) taken together from a recognized board.  You must have passed with minimum 50% marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry, if you belong to SC/ST/PWD it is minimum 40% marks and for PWD it is minimum 45% marks. There is no upper age limit as of now. The minimum age must be 17 years as on December 31, 2021. So if you have the required minimum score you are eligible to appear.

We have NEET knockout package. You can enroll and get E-lectures, mock tests, faculty support, smart study material, performance analysis, time table and more. To check the details use the link below

if my university does not have MCI approval when I took admission but it gets after my third year then am I eligible for giving MCI screening test

anirudha vats 19th Mar, 2021

Hi,

Well MCI recognition is very important for your medical degree to be recognised and if your college is not approved of MCI then your degree won't be valid. But like you said that in third year the approval can come from MCI. Well in that case you can give the mci screening test and your degree wi be valid. The recognition has to be there before you graduate. So make sure to get all the information once checked from your office.

Hello student

Eligibility certificate from MCI is a no  objection certificate from MCI which is required for  study of MBBS in abroad.

At the time of form fillup of eligibility certificate the candidates should have to  fill up the form with requisite documents in original and three self attested copies of the certificate, marksheet IDproof ,passport ,colour photo one copy ,demand draught of rs 2000 scan copy.

Without all the documents the submission of the application of no objection certificate/eligibility certificate is not valid.

Im 2nd Yr student of mbbs in abroad I havent yet written neet exam can I get mci exam and by writing neet this year can I get mci whn i complete my mbbs

theeanonymous 23rd Jan, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

NEET exam is required to fetch a medical seat in India or abroad , it is the basic mandatory criteria for MBBS admission. But you have already got admission in MBBS course and is in your second year. And, coming to MCI screening test (assuming that is what you are asking about), it is a qualifying test for foreign MBBS students who want to come and practice medicine in India. So if your admission in that particular abroad university where you are currently studying is valid and legal ,then I do not see the need to clear NEET in order to appear for MCI test /FMGE . After completing your MBBS course abroad, you can directly appear for and clear FMGE. However, to confirm , you may contact the official MCI authority through their mail or helpline ,and raise this query .

Hi. The demand for aesthetic dentistry is increasing as more people are interested in cosmetics. There is no restriction as to whether dentists can perform facial aesthetic treatments, but there is a restriction to its extent. What you can do is injectable treatments and botox along with other minor procedures. There are certified institutes offering a wide plethora of courses which enable a dentists perform such procedures.
