After the completion of BVOC, you can go for higher studies for MCOM. For that you must have completed your BVOC with a good percentile so that you will be eligible for admission. Also for MCOM admission, it will be either by entrance based or by merit level, so accordingly you will get admission. The college cutoff for MCOM admission will vary from institute to institute.

M.COM (//M.COM) : This is a pg course best suited for candidates who want to pursue a career in banking, financial services and insurance as well as accounting and commerce sectors. only those candidates who have pursued bcom can go for mcom. this is allso a good option for ca/cs aspirants. after completing mcom, you can seek emplyment in the bsfi sector and can even opt for teaching jobs and even go for research programs.
M.SC,: is a two year post graduate program in which you can apply for specialisation in subjects such as biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, food sciences, botony, zoology etc. depending upon your bachelors degree. People with a degree in msc can work as a research scientist, junior research fellow, mathematician, biochemist etc.

Try logging in using yor Registration Number and Password of your old registered account. Click on Modify Registration and try to change what you want.
I guess you might have entered your Matriculation Certificate Roll No. in your previous Registration, and when you typed the same again in new Registration, it shows Existing User.
So, kindly check by loggin in through your old account and try what I have said! Any queries, feel free to ask!

Allowed to keep terms (ATKT) is a process in the Indian education system to allow students of pre-graduation and graduation to study in the next grade if they have failed in 1 to 4 subjects. The students must pass the papers they failed before entering into the next grade.
