Dear, you have not mentioned any particular region where you want admission but based on your profile location which is maharashtra, admission process for mcom had already been closed in many institutes including the top institutes such as symbiosis college of arts and commerce, KJ somiya college of science and commerce, BK birla college of arts science and commerce etc for year 2022. In next year the admission process will begin most probably in the month of May or June. It would be better if you keep tracking the official websites for admission notification for year 2023.

However, you must have obtained the Bachelor degree under 10+2+3 education pattern. So, NSOU degree will be valid for Railway jobs also if not specifically mentioned about the regular degree.
