Hello Student,
The maximum number of KT's allowed to take is 5. It could be a combination of any previous semester's KT. So if you have 5 or less than that you are good to go. And if it's more than 5 then sorry friend you will have to take a drop and clear all the KT's.
There's one more option other than a drop which is called provisional admission. It is a temporary admission for those who aren't eligible for the next year. In this, you can continue with your further studies if you have already appeared for the re-evaluation test and the result is yet to be out. And if you clear the test it's all set.
To apply for provisional admission you need to write a letter to HOD of your college or the college authority, stating your number of KT's and that you have already appeared for the re-evaluation test.
Best wishes.
Hope your issue gets solved soon.
Thank you

UGC now allows candidates to pursue two degree courses simultaneously, however the only condition is one is to be done through distance mode, and another through regular mode, so if you're already pursuing MCom through regular mode then you can opt for MBA through distance mode, in case you don't want to pursue MBA through distance mode, then you have to leave your MCom degree, as two regular degree courses isn't allowed, so the choice is completely yours as in what route you want to aim for career wise, else if you can wait then complete your MCom and then pursue MBA, it's entirely dependent on your preference as I said earlier, think with clarity in terms of your career goals.
