Hello,
Since you're already a post-graduate, you can consider pursuing LLB for a duration of three years, its eligibility criteria is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% marks and in case reserved category it's 40%. Universities like DU and BHU require minimum 50% marks while universities like Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Meerut require only 45% marks in graduation.
Admission process may be based on the merit of the qualifying examination as in case of TNDALU or done through entrance test as follows-
There are also state level law entrance test such as MAH CET LAW in Maharashtra for which candidates need to pass graduation in any discipline from a recognized university securing 45% aggregate, relaxation in terms of aggregate is offered to reserved categories which you can check out at https://law.careers360.com/exams/mhcet-law, other than this there are KLEE in Kerala, AP LAWCET in Andhra Pradesh, and TS LAWCET in Telangana.

Hello Aspirant,
As you have mentioned OJEE MBA in a tag so for OJEE MBA you would not be eligible if you belongs to any category other than SC/ST/PwD because for other categories the candidate should have minimum 50% aggregate in graduation program and for SC/ST/PwD candidates the threshold is 45%. As you have scored 49.5% in your graduation so you won't be eligible for OJEE MBA and even if you appear for M.Com (//M.Com) . examinations and somehow manage to secure more than 50% then also it would not be considered because for OJEE MBA only the graduation marks of any candidate are considered and since M.Com (//M.Com) . is itself a PG course so for another PG course the eligibility criteria would not be defined by another OG program.
For complete details you can check out the link given below :-

Good Luck!!

Hi,
Hope you are doing great.
Well, MBA is worth it only if you pursue it from a well-reputed B School because most of the MNC will come there for the recruitment process, if you get a seat in a low-grade MBA college you will find yourself in low salary job or no job. So, it is better for you if you fail to get a seat in a top b school, to get admission in Mcom.
And also Mcom is recommended if you want your career in the core accounting field. You can join an audit firm and can become a standard accounts officer after doing a Mcom.
So, it just depends upon you in which situation you are fitting the best. This is the most crucial decision of your career, so please take it seriously.
Hope this helps.
