The ADC examination procedure is available to:General Dentists who:

hold a university dental degree or diploma obtained after at least four years full-time academic study at an acknowledged university or an appropriate qualification*.

The only way to practice dentistry for Indian dentist is to pass ORE, a licensing exam conducted by British Dental Council. This exam is held twice a year (i.e. in April and September) in UK.
