I got 1,30,505 rank in VIT counselling 5. Counselling is for only VIT-Bhopal & VIT-AP. What should i prefer for CS, Mechanical. What would be category.

with rank 1,30,505 in VIT counseling 5 ( only VIT Bhopal and VIT - AP left ) , you likely will not get CS . prefer mechanical engineering for better chances . Category is likely general unless your have reservation.

Top IITs usually have closing ranks under 5,000 for general category.
NITs have a wider range, with ranks going up to around 22,000.
Cut-offs change every year depending on seats and competition.

All three options are good but depend on what you want.

Mechanical Engineering at NIT Nagpur is good if you like machines, engines, and designing things.
ECE at NIT Raipur is good if you like electronics, communication, and circuits.
CSE at IIITDM Kancheepuram is best if you like coding, software, and computers.

If you want a better future in tech and jobs, CSE at IIITDM is generally more in demand. But if you prefer core engineering fields, then Mechanical or ECE are good choices.

So, pick based on your interest and what career you want.
