MTech Mechatronics means Master of Technology in Mechatronics which is a 2 year Course and BTech in Mechatronics means Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics which is a 4 year course . Simply MTech is a Master's Degree and BTech is a Bachelor's Degree.
You cann't do MTech in Mechatronics without BTech in Mechatronics

M.Tech in Mechatronics, M.Tech or PG in Applied Mechanics, MTech in MechanicalEngineering or you can choose a completely different degree like MBA if you're interested.
